In short, our niche has become providing real estate closing services to people who are moving from MA to CT, or from CT to MA. Those Buyers, Sellers, Lenders, Real Estate Agents & Attorneys who have a transaction that involves a sale in one state and a purchase in the other state. MassConn Title can handle both transactions in both areas.
Buyers/Sellers:
One of our first conversations will be to go over the Purchase and Sale Contract and the buying/selling process. You will learn what to expect, that deadlines you need to meet and your responsibilities as a buyer/seller. Throughout the process buyers and sellers speak directly to Attorney Lapomardo who will be familiar with the details of their transaction.
Lenders & Real Estate Agents:
We provide closing services in Western and Central Mass, as well as Northern CT. Title exams are done in house and Attorney Lapomardo is familiar with the different closing customs of each area we serve. We strive to keep your borrowers informed and educated throughout the entire process. This communication helps to alleviate some of the anxiety buyers face, especially first time home buyers.
Attorneys:
Have a client buying/selling in an area that you are not familiar with? We can perform the title exam, write the title insurance policy and handle the recording. You keep your attorney fee, you keep your relationship with your client and retain a portion of the title insurance commission.
